Job Summary:

Fred Weber, Inc. is currently seeking plant maintenance professionals and heavy equipment operators for our sand & aggregate crushing plant operations. located in Kaufman County / Scurry, Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all MSHA and Company health and safety policies. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Ability to efficiently operate and maintain sand and aggregate processing equipment including conveyors, screens, crushers, classifiers etc. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment such as splicing conveyor belts, changing bearings, greasing equipment, dust control / water truck operation. Operators - experience in running large loaders, 352 excavators, D8 dozer and 140 motor grader to perform stripping and sediment pond and road maintenance.

Position Requirements:

Experience working at a processing plant is required 12 hour shift /( 6am - 6pm) Willing to work six days a week, Sundays may be required Day and night shifts (shift is determined by position) Good work ethic, self-motivated Mechanical ability a plus Employees must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
