Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Hypergol Thruster Experiment (HyTEX) Test Operations team at our Van Horn, TX facility. This leader will build and lead a high-performing test operations and emergency management team responsible for safe and repeatable testing of rocket engines and systems using hypergolic propellants. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of test preparation, implementation, and emergency response capabilities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and mission success. This role requires outstanding technical expertise in leading hazardous substances activities. It also demands shown people leadership and skills to build systems and processes enabling elite test operations. You will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedication and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight.
