We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Foreman in the oil and gas industry to join our growing team! If you're hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading and directing crew on assigned project. Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring all employees follow OSHA and company safety protocols. Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders onsite to ensure project goals are met as it relates to your scope of influence. Following safety protocols and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment. Keeping accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any inspections conducted. Working closely with other trades and team members to ensure coordinated efforts on the job site. Must pass a preemployment drug test.
