We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Prepress Production Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some print production or prepress experience who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced commercial printing environment. This is not a graphic design position. While basic layout and file editing skills are important, your primary responsibility will be preparing customer files for production, ensuring accuracy, and helping keep jobs moving efficiently through our production department. What You'll Do Review customer files to ensure they are production-ready. Prepare and preflight artwork for digital and large-format printing. Make minor edits and corrections to customer files when needed. Create press-ready PDFs and production files. Process variable data and mailing projects (training provided). Assist with USPS mailing file preparation and postal documentation. Communicate with customer service and production staff regarding file issues and job requirements. Prioritize multiple jobs while meeting customer deadlines. Organize and maintain digital job files. Help identify and resolve production issues before jobs reach the press. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in prepress, print production, copy/print services, sign production, or a related field. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: InDesign Acrobat Illustrator Photoshop (basic proficiency is sufficient) Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Experience That Would Be a Plus Commercial printing experience Variable data printing (VDP) USPS mailing knowledge BCC Software or similar mailing software Fiery, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, or other digital print workflows Large-format printing experience Don't check every box?
