Core responsibilities Operate the 8‑Color Double Coater H‑UV Komori sheet‑fed press with accuracy and consistency. Manage and maintain

curing systems; apply aqueous or UV coatings as specified. Use modern Color Control Systems; interpret trapping, gray balance, and dot gain metrics to maintain SID. Run jobs to customer specs and job ticket requirements. Request clarification when responsibilities or instructions are unclear. Ensure each project achieves top quality benchmarks. Maintain a safe, clean workspace; uphold department housekeeping standards. Comply with company and department SOPs/policies; take on additional tasks as assigned. What you bring At least five years of experience in a printing/pressroom setting. Sharp quality control capabilities; exceptional attention to detail and organization. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong interpersonal skills. Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Physical capability:
lift ~40 lbs regularly; stand for extended periods; frequent walking, kneeling, and reaching; constant use of hands/arms; lift at least 50 lbs during roller maintenance.
