This position is an important part of our production process and helps ensure jobs are ready for customer approval and production. Responsibilities Generate printed and digital proofs from prepared production files. Print, organize, and assemble proofs according to job instructions. Make sure all pages, versions, inserts, and components are included and in the correct order. Verify job numbers and other basic job information. Label and prepare proofs for review. Route completed proofs to the appropriate Prepress or Production personnel. Keep proofing materials organized and up to date. Follow established procedures and instructions. Identify and communicate any obvious issues or discrepancies to the Prepress team. Operate printers and proofing equipment after training. Manage multiple jobs while meeting production deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Reliable and dependable. Able to follow instructions and established procedures. Organized and able to keep track of multiple jobs. Basic computer skills. Comfortable learning new software and equipment. Good communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
