This is a high-energy, on-the-move production role — shooting on-mountain, in lodges, on lifts, and around resort towns for both short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form platforms.

Location:

based in Colorado; travel required to resorts statewide Compensation & Benefits W2 wages — $30,000 plus full Epic and Ikon ski pass All travel expenses covered by the company Daily per diem provided for meals Camera and production equipment provided — no need to supply your own gear What You'll Be Doing Traveling to 19 Colorado ski resorts over the course of the season Filming both short-form (30sec-3min) and long-form video (podcast and youtube series) content on-mountain and around each resort Capturing ski/snowboard action footage, interviews, b-roll, and lifestyle shots Working closely with an editor and content team to deliver footage that fits the series' format and tone Adapting shooting style across resorts, weather conditions, and terrain What We're Looking For Proven experience shooting social-first video content (both short-form and long-form) Comfortable operating camera equipment in outdoor, cold-weather, and on-mountain conditions Must be able to ski or snowboard — skiing strongly preferred, since filming happens while actively moving on the mountain Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with a travel-heavy schedule during ski season Strong eye for action, storytelling, and capturing authentic moments Prior experience in ski/snowboard content, action sports videography, or similar outdoor production is a plus
