The Role You own print output on our HP Latex fleet. You take print-ready files, RIP and nest them for maximum output and minimum waste, run the printers, and make sure every piece that leaves your station matches the work order and the brand standard. software You'll work alongside our Zund G3 L-3200 and Kongsberg cutting tables Key Responsibilities Print Production and File Prep Receive print-ready files from the design team and verify specs against the work order RIP and nest files to maximize printer output and material yield Confirm color, scaling, and print settings before every run Catch file and production issues before printing to eliminate rework Printer Operation and Color Management Operate latex roll to roll and flatbed printers in a high-volume environment Manage printer profiles and keep color consistent across all machines Monitor jobs in progress for quality and throughput Support lamination and finishing when production needs it Quality Control Inspect printed graphics for color accuracy, defects, and job specs Keep quality high without slowing the line Track job progress to hit due dates Report issues or delays to the Production Manager immediately Maintenance and Organization Perform daily cleaning and preventative maintenance on all printers Keep the print area organized and ready for the next job Monitor media and ink levels and report inventory needs Follow all shop procedures and safety standards Qualifications 2+ years in a large format print production environment Hands-on experience with latex, UV, or solvent wide format printers (HP Latex strongly preferred) RIP software experience (ONYX Thrive a strong plus) Experience with color calibration, printer profiling, and print QC Working knowledge of large format media, including 3M vinyls, perforated window film, and rigid substrates Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for full production shifts Sharp attention to detail and fast problem identification Dependable, on time, and able to perform in a fast-paced shop Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat) Why MHG Health, dental, and vision insurance, 100% paid by MHG 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays starting day one Flexible spending account and health savings account Life insurance Full-time role with room to grow as we scale Modern, well-maintained HP Latex equipment

Have you built, installed, or edited ICC profiles or media presets for a large format printer? This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, in person in Denver, CO.
