Job Description
HI. Mountain Custom Print manufacturers many products in the Home Decor market for customers around the country. This is Dye Sublimation printing. We print to a large paper roll (up to 10 ft wide), lay material on the paper, then run through a heat press, which adheres the paper ink to the material. We also have a sewing department, which will finish the product and then we ship to customers around the world. Seeking someone looking for a long term position that can eventually run this company as it grows into a new location with multiple machines, printers and more employees. Hours are currently around 8 AM to 5 PM. Looking for a younger individual who wants to learn a new industry running a monster printer, can be handy with tools in case something needs to get fixed, problem solve, has impeccable attention to detail and can lift 75 Lbs. You will primarily be on your feet all day so this can feel physically demanding. Need to work independently and as a team. The company growth and future partnerships we are working on, will certainly have room for upward mobility quickly. MUST be strong with basic computer functions and typing. HIGHLY COORDINATED.
This job requires many hats, TONS of multi tasking and will require the utmost focus. When you are well into this job, you could leave with many titles including a Manager tag:) Duties include:- Learn the 10 ft printer and software
- Learn about the different materials and how to print on them. (troubleshooting)
- Learning the shipping station and managing shipping out packages
- Other duties include cleaning up, sweeping, re-organizing and other small tasks
