Wide Format Print Production Manager/Specialist (Central FL Area) SpeedPro Tampa Westchase is a large format digital printing studio catering to large and small businesses including major brands and marketing agencies. SpeedPro Tampa Westchase specializes in production of retail/brand graphics, tradeshow displays, event signage, wall murals, vehicle graphics and much more. SpeedPro Tampa Westchase is looking for an experienced dependable full-time Production Manager that is a driven, reliable, multi-tasker, and a great communicator. Someone with experience on our printers, laminators, and cutter along with experience on vinyl installation. The Production Manager will be responsible for the printing and production of graphics through the use of wide format printers - AGFA & Epson, CNC Router table, laminators, and plotters. This role consist of 70% Printing & Production / 20% Fabrication & Installation / 10% Inventory and Prevetative Maintenance. Communication is critical in this role as the Production Manager will lead day-to-day production operations.

Job duties include:

Ability to prepress and perform other related actions on client provided files. Perform finishing methods on produced printing and signage (mounting, laminating, and cutting) Operation and maintenance of large format printers, CNC Router table, laminator, and plotter Learn and reference product knowledge as needed Document inventory of parts, products, and other consumables as needed Inspect and ensure finished products are at an acceptable quality Use or our order management system to manage and produce incoming work orders Ideal candidates will also: Possess 3+ years managing production, designing, hands-on digital print production (not offset printing), plus working with vehicle graphics and templates along with vinyl installation experience. Some fabricating is ideal. Possess at minimum Associates degree in design or similar program. Experience with large format printer, a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator graphic software, RIP software , and i-Cut layout software is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking and priority management Able to consult and communicate with clients as needed Able to lift up to 70lbs. Be able to work independently at times Be reliable with a clean drivers license This is a full-time position. Compensation will be based on hiree experience. This position is hourly and overtime may be available.
