Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a Print Room Operator responsible for operating digital, engraving and offset printing equipment, preparing digital files, and ensuring high-quality output with strong computer workflow skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate print production equipment. Manage digital file preparation and troubleshooting. Monitor quality control and maintain production logs. Coordinate with design/operations teams.

Required Skills:

Proficiency with print software (e.g., RIP software, PDF/X workflows). Strong computer skills (Windows/Mac, file management, basic network troubleshooting). Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Preferred:

Experience in high-volume print environment. Basic understanding of color management.
