What You'll Do As a Digital Print Operator, you will operate and maintain our Ricoh VC70000 continuous-feed inkjet press and support other digital production equipment. You will help ensure every job meets Sepire's standards for quality, accuracy, productivity, security, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain the Ricoh VC70000 continuous-feed inkjet press and other digital production equipment. Perform routine operator maintenance and troubleshoot press- and print-related issues to maximize uptime. Create and maintain substrate and color profiles for new materials. Monitor color and print quality in accordance with established standards and approved samples. Verify registration, sequence, record integrity, and variable-data accuracy throughout production. Follow job instructions, general work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements. Perform required production sampling, inspections, and documentation. Collaborate with Client Services, Prepress, Bindery, and Operations to complete work accurately and on schedule. Monitor consumables and maintain established inventory levels. Safely move paper rolls, press loads, and raw materials using material-handling equipment. Cross-train on additional print and post-print production equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work overtime or assist other departments when needed to meet customer commitments.
