JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Tech to join Motif Sign Group, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital print production, including the management of large format printers and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate various large format printers, maintain machine/job logs, and make adjustments as needed. Execute the print and production of signage, ranging from simple small signs to fabrication of complex sign assemblies.

Organization skills:

organize work each day for optimal efficiency, ensure projects are on-time, complete, and in accordance with customers' expectations. Prepare and apply vinyl (setup, weeding, cutting, taping, trimming and mounting to substrates). Maintain inventory supplies as needed Maintain clean and safe work area.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required Honest and dependable Good verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Able to follow verbal and written materials and directions Self-starting Critical thinking skills Prioritization Experience in operating large format printers and associated equipment

Additional Qualifications:

Computer experience: proficient with PC and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Understanding of color management Mechanically inclined Experience working with vinyl and setting up files for cut vinyl a plus
