Job DescriptionThis position is for 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) Monday - FridayThis position is eligible for a $2/hr shift differentialCandidates with direct experience will be eligible for a higher pay rate.
Requirements:
The position is responsible to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipmentPerform all make-ready tasks associated with the Flexographic press operated such as mounting plates or installing print cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping web paths, adjusting tension and register etc.

Make necessary color correction and anilox adjustment and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the workClean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as requiredPerforms periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturerQualificationsRequires a thorough knowledge of Flexographic printing procedures, materials and specifications, equipment, and safety requirements and skills to perform assignmentsSkill to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press usage, press settings and materials needed to run the job successfullySkill to make a variety of difficult precise web paths, and adjustments, and to perform routine operational maintenance of equipmentSkill in routine operational maintenance and minor repairs to equipmentKnowledge of basic computer skills, excel, Word and Google, preferredSkill in use of Mark Andy, Aquaflex, Comco, Webtron, Gallus, Nil Peter preferred.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $28.00 to $42.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
