ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Setup and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment Setup and tear down of feeders that requires pinching and grasping of small material and equipment Place electronic components by hand as needed Perform basic inspection of circuit board assemblies Complete required production documentation Use of computer for basic data entry All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others Good vision and finger dexterity Strong attention to detail Interpretation of drawings and specifications Strong communication skills General computer skills Basic mathematical skills Must be able to work in a standing/walking or seated position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent Trained in

IPC-A-610
