We are a tight knit group, always willing to help each other out while going above and beyond to satisfy our customers with quality printed products. We are currently seeking a Pre-Press team member who is experienced in doing pre-press work for offset and digital print methods. Experience in post press processes is also helpful in regards to layouts. There will often be the need to design a project from start to finish. Candidates would also be responsible for running a variety of equipment. Examples include a Fuji Flatbed Printer, Roland Wide Format roll-fed printer, Canon imagePRESS, Duplo finisher, iJet and Xante Envelope Printers, Kodak Platemaker, etc. Experience is helpful but the desire to learn, and participate in a fast paced environment is more important! We are open to on the job training to those that have mechanical aptitude, a keen eye and a can-do attitude. Day to day duties include following a production schedule, working in the Adobe suite, sending jobs out on proof via email, communicating with other departments in the building, reading and fulfilling job orders, loading material, checking color and registration, identifying quality issues, light equipment maintenance and general workplace tidiness.
