Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP. Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system. Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning [Email/PC]) for customer's newly purchased MFP at customer's premises. Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, and etc. Requirements Min 2 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment. Sound IT knowledge in software. Strong product technical knowledge in
MFP, ECR/POS.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Service oriented structured and organised approach with attention to detail. Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating where and when necessarily and appropriately.
