Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Press/Press Operator to join our dynamic print production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing print materials, operating printing press, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the production process. Your expertise will help us produce vibrant, accurate, and impactful print products that serve our readership and clients. Responsibilities Prepare digital files for printing using prepress software, ensuring color accuracy and layout integrity. Operate community goss press and pre press computer and machinery with precision to produce high-quality printed materials. Manage color calibration and color management techniques to maintain consistency across print runs. Conduct quality control checks throughout the pre press and printing process to identify and correct issues promptly. Maintain equipment by performing routine machining, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all manufacturing and printing operations. Requirements Proven experience with screen printing, prepress processes, or press operation in a manufacturing environment puts you at the top of the list. However, training is provided. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file preparation and editing. Understanding of quality control procedures within a printing or manufacturing setting.
