This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong eye for storytelling, technical proficiency in video production, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging video and photo content that aligns with our brand's vision. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to travel for on-location shoots, videos, and photography projects as needed. This is a hybrid position that will include both remote and in-person work. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for various platforms. Operate professional camera equipment while ensuring proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality. Edit and finalize videos, including color correction, audio mixing, graphics, transitions, and special effects. Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas that align with project goals and brand identity. Travel for local and out-of-state shoots, adapting to different environments and production needs. Maintain and manage video production equipment to ensure functionality and readiness. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Demonstrate professionalism through strong communication, reliability, and a positive work ethic. Job Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in video production, editing, content creation, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar programs. Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail, composition, and creative direction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Ability and willingness to travel for projects, including occasional short-notice assignments. Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous video and photo work. Degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field preferred but not required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Must successfully pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while managing deadlines and multiple projects. Why Join Us?
