Operate state-of-the-art printing equipment to produce high-quality customized items Master various printing techniques, including direct-to-product printing and heat transfer Ensure color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality through careful inspection and adjustment Keep production humming by meeting output goals and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with team members and be willing to learn new skills in different departments
Schedule Typical Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime may be required to meet production volume. Pay The starting pay for this position is $15 an hour with opportunities for increase every 6 months along side performance reviews.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, previous printing experience preferred, basic computer skills & mechanical aptitude On the job training is provided
Skill Requirements:
Ability to work with inks and chemicals, ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, manufacturing environment Extensive Attention to Detail Strong oral communication skills
Physical Requirements:
