Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced Printer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional technical support and field service for a wide range of office printing and copying equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, rapid troubleshooting, and reliable maintenance of our clients' devices, contributing directly to their productivity and satisfaction. Management opportunities available. Duties Diagnose and repair complex printer, copier, and multifunction device issues using detailed schematics and technical manuals Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshoot electro-mechanical components to identify root causes of malfunctions Conduct field service equipment maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement to ensure peak operation Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute mechanical repairs on diverse office devices Provide technical troubleshooting support remotely or onsite, delivering clear guidance to resolve hardware or software problems Support computer hardware and network connectivity issues related to office equipment, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all repairs, diagnostics, and parts used for each service call Skills Proven experience with printer and copier repair in a field service environment Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting electro-mechanical components Expertise in software troubleshooting, computer networking, and hardware diagnostics Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and schematics for various office devices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures for office equipment Proficiency using hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software to support hardware support tasks Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier technical support in a fast-paced environment!
