Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Drawer to join our team. As a Technical Drawer, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by our customers and designers. Your drawings will be crucial in translating conceptual designs into precise visual representations that guide the manufacturing processes. Duties and Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings using adobe software or traditional drawing methods, performing 3D rendering as required. Ensure all drawings adhere to customer and company standards and project requirements. Import drawings into Adobe Indesign and add specific production information as needed to produce a quality product. Set up files for use with various production machines to include; CNC routers, vinyl plotters, screen print presses and digital printers. Consistently create and perform customer focused practices, maintaining positive customer relationships, both internal and external, with a goal to exceed customer expectations at all times. Work respectfully and cooperatively with artisans, employees and management, with a goal to create positive working relationships. Review and react to daily, weekly and monthly goals to maintain efficiency and ensure goals are met. Communicate positively and effectively with others in this department, other departments and your supervisor to ensure a clear understanding of issues and resolutions. Establish and maintain an acceptable attendance record, reporting to work on time and as scheduled. Qualification and Education Requirements The Technical Drawing Artisan should have good organization, communication and computer skills with the ability to work with a wide array of individuals and personalities. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software. An acute attention to detail is required. Prior experience in graphic design using Adobe applications High School diploma or GED equivalent
