About the Role The Heat Press Operator is responsible for applying designs, logos, and graphics to promotional products using heat press equipment. This role ensures accurate placement, proper temperature and pressure settings, and consistent quality across all items. The Heat Press Operator follows client specifications and production guidelines while maintaining efficiency to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities Reading and matching order specs to the apparel planned for the order Verifying placement of the artwork correctly on the garment Quality checks of the finished items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production goals and deadlines Collaborate with production and design teams as needed Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For At least one year experience with Heat Press machines Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to successfully pass a background check Schedule & Physical Requirements Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Safety & Compliance Expectations Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace standards Participate in required safety training and compliance programs Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately Maintain compliance with attendance, timekeeping, and workplace conduct policies Equal Opportunity & Compliance Statement AO Swag is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
