This role is primarily responsible for operating heat press equipment and supporting our sublimation production process on apparel, awards, and specialty items.

Responsibilities:

Operate heat press equipment for daily production Apply transfers to apparel, awards, and various substrates Assist with sublimation printing (training provided) Prepare materials including vinyl weeding and masking Ensure quality and consistency of finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Basic computer skills (for operating printing equipment) Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and team-oriented Preferred (not required): Experience with heat press, vinyl, or sublimation Print shop or production experience
