Press Technician Essential Job Functions:

Operating presses and following checklists, procedures, and guidelines to production flow to meet customer specifications. Inspect brass casings for cosmetic and functional defects using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) for quality monitoring. Utilizing PLEX production software effectively. Performing mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Adheres to all safety requirements, including cleaning the work area, lockout/tagout, and wearing required PPE.

Press Technician Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years working in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work with large press machinery. Experience operating a forklift preferred.

Location-Specific Requirements:

This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
