What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install business printers, copiers, multifunction devices, thermal printers, label printers, and other specialty print equipment. Provide professional on-site and in-shop service for TriTech customers throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, print-quality, connectivity, driver, and workflow issues. Service Epson printers as part of TriTech's authorized Epson service operation, including warranty and non-warranty repairs. Support Zebra thermal, barcode, receipt, mobile, industrial, RFID, and ID-card printing solutions. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Set up new equipment, connect devices to customer networks, configure print drivers, and test equipment before completing the job. Assist with managed print customers by addressing service needs, monitoring device performance, and helping maintain a smooth supply-and-service experience. Clearly document service work, findings, parts used, and next steps in the ticketing system. Communicate directly with customers in a professional, patient, and helpful way. Work closely with TriTech's print, IT, sales, and service teams to solve issues completely. What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy troubleshooting and take satisfaction in figuring out how things work. Qualifications Previous experience repairing printers, copiers, multifunction devices, thermal printers, label printers, or similar electromechanical equipment is preferred. Experience with Epson, Zebra, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or similar business print equipment is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and network-related issues. Basic understanding of Windows environments, print drivers, TCP/IP networking, and wireless connectivity is preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, service documentation, and diagnostic tools. Valid driver's license and reliable driving record required. Ability to travel locally to customer locations. Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
