Shift Location:
Fort Smith, AR Pay:
Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)

Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM•4:00 PM Friday (Overtime): 5:30 AM•2:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM•2:30 AM Friday (Mandatory Overtime): 2:00 PM•10:30 PM A well-established manufacturing company in Fort Smith is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator . This is not an entry-level position . Candidates must have verifiable brake press experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate brake press machines to form and shape metal parts Follow job traveler instructions and production requirements Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and height gauges Perform basic machine maintenance Maintain safety standards at all times Work closely with supervisors and production team Requirements (PLEASE

Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Clean background
