In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our metal components are shaped and formed to the highest standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that finished products meet required tolerances and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus. Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
