In this role, you will operate 125 ton & 550 ton press brake machines to shape steel with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce precise bends and forms in steel. Read and interpret detailed blueprints & technical drawings. Perform routine maintenance on CNC press brake equipment and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Assist with material handling using forklifts or cranes when necessary to load raw materials or move finished products safely. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances. Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks involving CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe operations, welding, and assembly as needed. Experience Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Skilled in blueprint reading. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, angles, and material quantities accurately. Experience working with forklifts and cranes for material handling.
