Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets up and operates press brake equipment in order to complete jobs, which may be defined by the number of bends, the complexity of the operation, or the time it takes to complete the job. Performs operations such as blanking, bending and forming on a variety of materials based on blueprints and other instructions. Selects and installs the appropriate tools for the job and performs tracking and machine adjustments. Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and willing to learn. Ability to read and interpret drawing/print specifications. Uses precision measuring equipment devices to verify the accuracy of finished products according to the documented procedures. Completes part router paperwork and moves the part to the next department. Performs daily, routine, and preventive maintenance of all tools and equipment. Documents all issues and inform supervisor. Follows all safety rules and policies. Performs other duties as required. •3+ years of experience operating mechanical press brake required•
Requirements:
Press Brake Experience required (3+ years) Valid Driver's License Clean Driving History Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, E-Verify Have consistent attendance Detail oriented Work well with other internal departments Benefits, hours and wages: 1 week paid time off accrued 1st year 2 weeks paid time off after second year 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday Overtime when required Health Insurance available after 60 days Matching 401k available after 90 days Competitive wages based on skills and experience
