  • Follow the equipment safety guidelines and only assigned employees can operate the equipment.
Safety First:
Understanding of the points of operation, Safeguarding system, Operator controls, emergency stop buttons and footswitch safety.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications into machine settings
  • Knowledge how to operate ETS control station panel, input program data, select operating and control modes and directly control specific machine functions
  • Knowledge to set up the V-dies and punches. Also, ability to make vertical and horizontal height adjustments, range of rotation
  • Setup machine to form, bend, and shape metal parts to exact tolerances, inspecting defects and ensuring parts meet quality standards
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, materials, or processes during production
  • Conduct routine maintenance, clean machinery, and troubleshoot monitor issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Ensure safety in the press break area
  • Follow up on work orders and ensure completion. Competency Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues Knowledge of different materials Basic programming knowledge Mathematical and geometric knowledge Troubleshooting the equipment Perform daily maintenance routine and make sure equipment is working accordingly Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of press brake operations, materials, dies, tooling, and CNC programming.
  • Excellent blueprint reading, measurement (calipers, gauges), and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Report issues clearly to supervisors.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
