You'll set up controls, select tooling, and operate press brakes ( Amada equipment) to meet strict quality and production standards. Starting pay-rate of $22-28 per hour based on experience. Shifts (Monday-Friday): 1st

5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities:
Operate press brakes (primarily Amada), adjusting controls and back gauges to meet quality and throughput targets Select, inspect, and install tooling, punches, and dies; verify bend sequences against blueprints and SolidWorks drawings Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments for bend angles, springback, or machine parameters Inspect formed parts using tape measures, calipers, and other instruments to ensure spec compliance Support Lean/5S principles to keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Report non-conforming materials, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor Meet physical demands: standing ~85% of shift, lifting up to 25 lbs., carrying up to 20 lbs., pushing up to 60 lbs.
Requirements:
Press brake experience , with relevant manufacturing background Hands-on experience with Amada press brakes, control setup, and V-die/punch selection Strong mechanical/math skills: blueprint reading, drawing interpretation, basic SolidWorks exposure Proficient with precision measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, height gauges, protractors) Reliable and flexible to work overtime or shift changes as production demands
INDRC Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
