Press Brake Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $24.00 to $28.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Operate and set up press brake machines to form and bend sheet metal parts accurately Perform operations on other sheet metal machinery including laser, shearing, and rolling equipment as required to complete manufactured parts Demonstrate competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders to perform accurate sheet metal layouts Inspect and deburr finished parts to ensure quality standards are met and prepare them for subsequent production stages or departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal workstation, as well as contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the Sheet Metal department Conduct routine quality checks on produced parts using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, protractors) to ensure adherence to specifications Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Press Machine Operator, specifically with Brake Press operations Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and commitment to quality Prior experience in general metal fabrication. Must be able to perform the following physical demands: Stand for extended periods throughout the shift, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching Adherence to strict safety protocols is essential.
