We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brakes to bend light-gauge stainless steel components according to blueprints and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Translate blueprint information into accurate machine setups. Use calipers, machinist squares, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor maintenance. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC press brakes.
• Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brakes, specifically bending light-gauge material.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes (experience with Cincinnati brakes and controls is a plus).
• Experience using calipers, machinist squares, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with Cincinnati brakes and controls is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
