Experienced Press Brake Operator We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality precision metal parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake machines. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Select the correct tooling and perform machine setups. Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Make machine adjustments to maintain part accuracy and production efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Must have minimum of 1 year of press brake operating and setup experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. CNC programming experience is a plus.
