In this role, you will be responsible for operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient workflow within our warehouse environment. Your expertise will contribute to producing vibrant print materials that meet precise specifications, supporting our company's commitment to excellence in print advertising, packaging, and promotional products. Duties Operate and maintain industrial printing machinery, including flexo presses, CNC printers, and other specialized printing equipment Perform screen printing tasks with precision to produce consistent, high-quality prints on various substrates Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques and calibration of printing devices Assist in prepress processes such as layout design, typography adjustments, and image preparation using Adobe Creative Suite tools Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure color fidelity, alignment, and overall print quality Execute cutting, paper binding, and finishing tasks to prepare printed materials for distribution or packaging Adjust and troubleshoot industrial equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime during manufacturing operations Requirements Proven experience with screen printing, flexo press operation, or similar industrial printing processes Knowledge of color management principles and print calibration techniques Familiarity with layout design, typography, and print advertising standards Ability to operate CNC machinery and perform machining tasks when necessary Experience with industrial equipment adjustment and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire is preferred Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision work Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required during production processes Join us as a Warehouse Printer and become a vital part of a creative manufacturing team dedicated to delivering exceptional printed products.
