Plate Roller Job Type:

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator / Plate Roller to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating press brake and plate rolling equipment, strong blueprint reading skills, and precision measurement abilities in a shop environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specification Operate plate rolling equipment to form metal plates into required shapes and curves Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate builds Accurately measure materials and finished parts using a tape measure and caliper tools Work confidently within the standard (imperial) measurement system Operate various power tools as needed to complete fabrication tasks Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop safety standards Qualifications Proven experience operating a CNC press brake Experience operating plate rolling equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in using a tape measure and caliper tools Strong understanding of the standard (imperial) measurement system Experience operating power tools Certified or experienced in operating overhead cranes (or willing to be trained/certified) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical Requirement's Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods Comfortable operating heavy machinery and power tools

Pay:

$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
