About the Role As a Precision Metal Brake Technician, you will play a vital role in our fabrication department by programming, setting up, and operating advanced CNC press brake equipment. You will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality components, ensuring that every bend meets rigorous engineering standards and aesthetic requirements. Responsibilities Develop and optimize complex bending programs using DALEM control software to maximize production efficiency. Interpret intricate blueprints and CAD drawings to determine the most effective forming sequences. Execute precise machine setups, including tooling selection and calibration, to ensure first-piece accuracy. Monitor production runs to maintain tight tolerances and high cosmetic standards across stainless steel and other alloys. Troubleshoot programming and mechanical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and material waste. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
