What You'll Do Read and interpret fabrication drawings and shop blueprints Set up and operate CNC press brakes for custom stainless-steel fabrication Perform one-off and short-run setups for custom parts Determine proper bend sequences and tooling for each project Verify bend allowances and finished dimensions Use precision measuring equipment including tape measures, calipers, squares, and protractors Inspect finished parts to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy Troubleshoot machine setups and make adjustments when necessary Work closely with welders, fabricators, and shop personnel to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Safely lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of press brake experience Experience forming stainless steel and other sheet metal materials Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Pride in producing high-quality work Dependable, punctual, and motivated Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Willingness to obtain forklift, industrial safety, and CPR certifications after hire Bonus Qualifications Experience with: CNC press brake programming and setup Custom fabrication (non-production environments) Precision sheet metal manufacturing Stainless-steel fabrication Why Join J&K?
