We are looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team and help bring our industry-leading products to life.

THE ROLE

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating press brake equipment to form precision sheet metal components used in our custom chassis and fabrication projects. You'll work from engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts that meet our exacting standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bend specifications. Form and bend sheet metal parts to precise dimensions and tolerances. Select proper tooling and determine bend sequences. Inspect parts using calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools. Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work closely with our fabrication and manufacturing teams to meet production goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous press brake operating experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes. Ability to use precision measuring tools. Dependable, hardworking, and motivated team player. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC press brakes, sheet metal fabrication, or automotive chassis manufacturing is a plus.
