We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience operating press brake machinery . This role involves operating specialized equipment, supporting manufacturing processes, and applying practical knowledge of materials and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up press brake machinery, including tooling and safety protocols, and document procedures. Operate the press brake, load programs, adjust settings, and perform part deburring and inspection. Ensure machine settings and part dimensions meet required tolerances and specifications. Perform routine checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure consistent product quality. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures before and during machine operation. Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments to address production or quality issues. Relay production status and any concerns to the next shift or management. Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 1 year of experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications. Strong manual dexterity and coordination; comfortable with repetitive tasks. Proficient in basic measurement and math skills, including reading decimals and fractions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software. Experience with metalworking machinery setup and troubleshooting is a plus. Forklift and wall crane experience are helpful but not required. Effective multitasking, time management, and decision-making abilities. Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
