Press Brake Operator (JobID#2130040017)

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines to bend sheet metal components according to engineering specifications. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine correct bend angles, dimensions, and tooling requirements. Select and install appropriate dies, punches, and tooling for each job. Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other inspection tools to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances. Perform first article and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards. Adjust machine settings to correct deviations and maintain dimensional accuracy. Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety guidelines . Follow all company safety procedures and quality policies . Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues to supervisors.
