Job Description
Sheet Metal Machine Operator (Press Brake / Punch Press / Laser) Night Shift $23.00/hour + $1.50/hr shift premium | Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati metro) Post Glover Resistors has spent 130 years building a reputation for manufacturing precision in a highly specialized corner of the electrical industry. Our products are built into data centers, power grids, mass transit systems, and industrial facilities across North America. We are hiring a fabrication machine operator for our night shift. Must be able to read work instructions, fill out basic paperwork, and talk with your supervisor in English. Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical required.
The schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Occasional Friday overtime. Four days on, three days off every week. What you'll do: Set up, operate, and program CNC sheet metal equipment including Press Brake, Punch Press, Turret Press, and Laser machinesCross-train across multiple machines over time, building a broader skill set with each oneHold tight tolerances and take ownership of the quality of your workIdentify problems early and flag them before they become bigger issues on the line What we offer: $23.00/hour starting wage with an increase at 90 daysPerfect Attendance program that pays out as additional paid time offHealth, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability401(k) with a generous company matchAir-conditioned facility with an on-site fitness roomA stable, established company where the work is consistent and the people have been here a long time What we're looking for: At least 6 months of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
