We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a press brake, reading blueprints, and producing quality metal components to exact specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Adjust machine settings for different material types and thicknesses Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues Qualifications Previous brake operator, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
