$35 -$39 DOE Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Amada Press Brake Operator for a precision sheet metal manufacturing company in Nashua, NH. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong setup and operation experience who enjoys working with tight tolerances, blueprints, and high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Amada press brake equipment or similar CNC press brakes in a sheet metal fabrication environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate Amada press brake machines Bend, form, and shape sheet metal parts according to blueprints and job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and job travelers Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Make machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Previous experience operating an Amada press brake or similar CNC press brake Experience in sheet metal fabrication or precision metal manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong understanding of bend angles, dimensions, tolerances, and forming sequences Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and quality Good mechanical aptitude Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Amada press brake setup experience CNC press brake programming or editing experience Experience with prototype, custom, or short-run fabrication Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment Familiarity with laser cutting, punching, hardware insertion, welding, grinding, or finishing processes Benefits Benefits may include: Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) / profit sharing Paid time off Paid holidays Sick time Tuition reimbursement Tool purchase assistance Uniform assistance Bonus programs Career growth opportunities Why Apply?
