Job Summary Metal‑Tech Industrial is seeking to add positions to all shifts to support increased production demand. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on position ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, metal components, and production equipment in a team‑oriented environment. Applicants may indicate their preferred shift during the application process. Key Responsibilities Operate and support industrial manufacturing equipment Assist with fabrication, assembly, and processing of metal components Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet quality standards Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and material movement Operate forklifts and press brakes, when trained and qualified Conduct basic inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Skills Needed Forklift operation (preferred) Press brake operation (preferred) General industrial machine operation Deburring and metal finishing Basic material handling and packaging skills Attention to detail and quality Knowledge Required Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes Awareness of workplace safety standards and procedures Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, and metal fabrication equipment Understanding of quality expectations in a manufacturing environment Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge Apply mechanical aptitude in a fast‑paced production setting Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately Maintain consistent quality while meeting production requirements Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and production schedules Work independently while also contributing as part of a team Compensation Starting pay: based on competency and experience Opportunities for wage growth based on performance, reliability, and skill development Benefits Metal‑Tech Industrial offers a consistent and competitive benefits package for full‑time employees, including: Competitive pay based on competency 100% employer‑paid health insurance and HSA for employees Flexible paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer matching Discretionary bonuses Join Our Team We are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
