- 28/hour , based on experience 1st shift | Monday-Friday | Overtime available Programming required Clean, organized, safety-focused shop Stable work with growth opportunities What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate press brakes Read blueprints and bend sequences accurately Adjust programs and setups for quality and efficiency Inspect parts and troubleshoot issues Support other operators as a technical resource What We're Looking For 3+ years press brake experience with programming required Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Comfortable running complex jobs independently Safety•and quality-focused About InnerSpace InnerSpace is a growing manufacturing company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing things right.
