  • where you'll run CNC press brakes, lasers, turret punches, and water jets to produce high‑quality metal components. This role is perfect for a hands‑on fabricator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with both automated and manual equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • ?️ What You'll Do
  • + •Set up and operate CNC fabrication equipment•including water jets, lasers, turret punches, and press brakes + •Perform cutting, punching, and forming•according to work orders, travelers, and engineering drawings + •Load and unload sheet metal•, plate, and raw materials safely and efficiently + •Select tooling and dies•based on job specs, material thickness, and forming requirements + •Read blueprints and flat patterns•to ensure accurate bends and part geometry + •Adjust machine parameters•to maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality + •Inspect finished parts•using calipers, protractors, gauges, and precision tools + •Operate manual fabrication tools•such as saws, drills, grinders, and tapping equipment + •Maintain part traceability•and ensure shop traveler accuracy + •Stage and label completed parts•for downstream welding or electrical assembly + •Perform routine machine cleaning•and basic troubleshooting + •Record production data•and part counts in shop‑floor tracking systems + •Report material shortages or equipment issues•promptly + •Assist teammates•across fabrication tasks to support daily production goals •?

Essential Skills

  • + •2+ years CNC fabrication experience•with water jets, lasers, turret punches, and press brakes + •Proficiency with LVD, Safan, and Pullmax•or similar press brake brands + •Tooling and die selection•for various materials and thicknesses + •Strong blueprint reading•and flat‑pattern interpretation + •Precision measuring tool experience•(calipers, protractors, gauges) + •Metal fabrication knowledge•including material characteristics and forming behavior + •Safe material handling•for sheet metal and plate + •Manual fabrication equipment operation•+ •Ability to lift 50 lbs•and work in a hands‑on shop environment + •Attention to detail•for part traceability and accurate production records + •Team‑oriented mindset•with willingness to assist wherever needed •?

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.

00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
