Starting Pay:

$24/hour+ based on experience Dayton Rogers is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our Minnesota manufacturing team. This position produces quality metal parts using brake press equipment while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate brake press equipment. Read blueprints, job cards, and work instructions. Install and align punches, dies, and fixtures. Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. Complete required production and quality documentation. Identify and report quality or equipment issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or brake press experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. Experience using precision measuring equipment preferred. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Schedule Regular 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Shift assignment is based on production needs and will be determined at the time of hire. Employees hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift. Training time varies by position and employee progress. Overtime may be available based on production demands but is not guaranteed or scheduled in advance.
