Operate punch presses using progressive and single-hit dies Set up and diagnose issues with stage and short-run tooling Calculate shut height to ensure machine accuracy Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens Submit first article pieces to QA for inspection Install and maintain necessary safety guards Assist in training junior operators as needed Coordinate with Toolroom and QA to resolve issues Requirements of the

Punch Press Operator:

2+ years of punch press operation or setup experience Ability to collaborate with quality and maintenance teams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
